I love helping clients find peace in their relationships and confidence in their daily lives.   Restoring love and harmony to families & couples makes our society a better place to live, and our community a kinder one.

My style is conversational and laid back.  My room is cozy and comfortable.  I strive to make you feel as relaxed as possible, because talking about our struggles is difficult.  I have many "tools in the toolbox" as it were, to help clients reach their goals*.

I have experience and training in working with Trauma, Pregnancy and Postpartum mood and anxiety issues, Infertility & Loss, Trans and Queer young people, Relationship issues, Women's Issues, Religious trauma and deconstruction, Facial differences, and military-connected clients.

Many clients feel that a few sessions is enough for them, while others prefer a more long term commitment.  I appreciate the value to both approaches and will make adjustments for you.
